Contacting us

When you call or email The Game Show Company, the information you share is used to answer your questions and discuss your event. When you submit the inquiry form, your contact and event details are stored in our Osmoti account so we can review and follow up on your request. An email notification containing those details is sent to the business owner. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. SMS consent is a separate, optional checkbox.

Text messages

Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in automated text messages. If you separately select the SMS checkbox, we record the disclosure you agreed to, its version, your mobile number, the time, source page and technical evidence of the submission. We use that permission only to answer and follow up about your event inquiry. Texting is currently disabled while registration and testing are pending. You can still submit an inquiry without selecting SMS. Reply STOP to withdraw SMS consent or HELP for help when texting is active.

Who handles your information

The Game Show Company is operated by ACME Sport and Promotions Inc., 142B Railway Street, Kingston, Ontario K7M 2V4, Canada. Osmoti stores our inquiry and messaging records. Twilio processes text messages when texting is activated. These services may process information outside Canada, including in the United States. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers process this information on our behalf to provide these services.

Keeping and managing records

We keep inquiry details to handle your request and maintain business records. Osmoti retains SMS consent evidence for five years from the grant date. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion, subject to records we need to retain. You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Site features

This website uses local assets and fonts. The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against automated submissions; verification processes technical information about your browser and request. Links to social networks, venues, registration and payment pages take you to other websites, which have their own privacy practices.
